Account Setup & Login
This section will guide you through setting up your account, logging into the Dashboard, managing multiple organisations, and troubleshooting common issues.
Q1. How do I set up my account?
- Email Invitation: You should have received an email from Xenith with a link to set up your account. Click on the "Accept Invitation" button and you will be directed to the set up page. Note: the link will expire in 48 hours.

- Create Password: Create a secure password, and complete your account setup process.

Q2. How do I sign in to the Dashboard?
-
Visit the Login Page: Go to the Xenith Dashboard login page.
- Sandbox: https://sandbox.app.xenithpay.com/
- Production: https://app.xenithpay.com/
-
Sign In: Sign in with one of the following methods:
- Enter Credentials: Log in using your registered email and password. Xenith sends a one-time password (OTP) to your registered email for each login attempt, ensuring that only authorized users can access your account.
- Google SSO Option: Alternatively, you can sign in using Google Single Sign-On (SSO) by clicking the “Login with Google” button.
Q3. Can I have access to multiple Organisations?
- In Xenith, an organization represents a single merchant account.
- If you have access to multiple organisations, you need to select which organisation to log in to upon signing in.

Q4. I didn’t receive the email (OTP/Invitation Link) from Xenith. What should I do?
-
If the OTP/Invitation email isn’t in your inbox:
- Wait a few minutes, as the email might take some time to arrive.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
-
If you cannot find the OTP email:
- Wait for the resend code countdown.
- When available, click the “Resend Code” button and check your inbox.
If you cannot find the OTP/Invitation email after above method, reach out to help@xenithpay.com.
Q5. What if I forget my password?
- If you forget your password, use the Forgot your password? option on the login page. An OTP will be sent to verify your identity, and once verified, you can create a new password.
